THE ENDGAME MEME!

STEP 2: ►► FAST FORWARD!!! ►►
STEP 3: NOW IT'S ENDGAME. Zecora became the new Composer, and with the help of her Producer, Neku, the UG now exists as a Nexus instead of a Jamjar. Many of your erased comrades have been restored, as well.
STEP 4: Post, describing what your characters are up to! Did your Players come back to life, or choose to stay in the UG? Did your Reapers stay on board and get sweet new Cantus forms? ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN. (Also you can pick whatever worlds you want for the setting to be in - the Game still can move around, even if it is a Nexus!)

[For someone who Ascended to a higher plane of existence, Neku is not particularly happy about it. He's chilling by a coffee shop, legs tucked up on the chair and not looking like anything even remotely powerful as he's glaring at his cell phone. For those ever in the Game, you'll notice his Reaper wings are gone!]

[Well, someone with a difficult job like being Producer could always use another coffee, right? Ryoji is soon approaching Neku's table with two mugs in hand, sliding one across to his friend with a grin.]

[Wha-- oh come on, even as an Angel this shit sneaks up on him? Shouldn't he be able to tell when people aren't Erased anymore?]

[Sorry. He tends to break the rules regarding death more than he should.]

Oh, sorry! It's a bit shocking, isn't it? I shouldn't just run up to people so suddenly without explaining myself first... Though I don't really know how to put it. I was Erased, and now I'm not. I don't have the details.

[Yea, Neku doesn't know how that works. But that's probably not something he'll be worrying about right now.] Well... I'm glad you're back.

It really is good to be back. I'm happy to see that everyone seems to have made it out safely, and can return back home if they'd like to.

[Well... most of them.] Are you going back home?

Ah... I'm not sure yet. There isn't really a 'life' as such for me if I return back home. I had thought that I accepted that, but now I'm not so sure. Part of me would like to continue on with this semblance of life in the UG.

...I also know my purpose, and I know that I am supposed to be back home. I want to go back so I can support Minato-kun. I know that's what I should do, so... I find it strange that I'm finding myself leaning towards staying.

[Well... from what little he knows of your world?] ...I'm sure your friends would want you to have a chance to live, too. But it's up to you in the end.

[Neku isn't the only one that's not totally thrilled by this. Being a Composer himself, it isn't at all hard to notice the sudden shift in power and the sudden change, especially as he gets closer to the source. Composers are one thing, but this... this is the presence of a Producer.

So, when Josh sits down across from you, Neku, he does not look happy. At all. Nor is he looking at you, or even saying anything.]

[...Yea. Yea, that's pretty much what he expected. Honestly he's a little surprised Joshua even approached him, though he's sure it's for the purpose of making him feel guilty.

It's working.

He doesn't say anything either for a minute, nursing his coffee quietly in his hands before he finally speaks.]

...If I'd thought there was another option, I wouldn't have done it.

[Oh, it's definitely for that reason. Petty? Joshua? Naaah.

He remains silent for a few moments, despite being spoken to. His fingertips tap lightly against the tabletop, foot bouncing slowly in the air.]

Someone else could have done it.

Like who? [He can think of only one and... well there's a reason he didn't come find you.]

[Shrug! Joshua doesn't really care. While this is Shibuya, it's not his Shibuya. And he's feeling a little territorial right now, for some odd and inexplicable reason.]
