THE ENDGAME MEME!

STEP 2: ►► FAST FORWARD!!! ►►
STEP 3: NOW IT'S ENDGAME. Zecora became the new Composer, and with the help of her Producer, Neku, the UG now exists as a Nexus instead of a Jamjar. Many of your erased comrades have been restored, as well.
STEP 4: Post, describing what your characters are up to! Did your Players come back to life, or choose to stay in the UG? Did your Reapers stay on board and get sweet new Cantus forms? ANYTHING CAN HAPPEN. (Also you can pick whatever worlds you want for the setting to be in - the Game still can move around, even if it is a Nexus!)

Really? So then the Game is over for good? I didn't realize... how is the UG still here then? What's going to happen?

To restore those from whom we'd parted.
It may really be necessary at all times

What? Then who restarted it? Did the Composer decide herself or did someone else take that role? Is everyone who stays here going to have to stay in the Game?

[Because, as selfish as he knows it is for him to be thinking that way, Ryoji's decision may depend on whether he has to remain in the Game or 'live' freely in the UG.]

It's really hard to say what I should do. I know I should be supporting Minato as he strengthens the Seal, but... part of me still wants to stay here, where I have some sort of freedom.

...I know. I don't want to be a Reaper, but I want a life. It's hard for me to decide what I want, and selfish for me to even consider staying here.

I know I need to return home. I need to go back to the Seal, so I can support Minato as he withstands Erebus' attacks. It's not fair to get this chance when he's still suffering.

[She leans in, dropping her voice confidentially.]

The rules of the Game are not the same.
The fate Players face is not to be Erased.
We'll send them on or send them back
And remedy Imagination's lack.

And I think I'll be back sometime. You're right about it not being such a bad job anymore. It might actually be kind of nice, for once... And what about you? Where will you go now?

I'll be traveling with the Game
And ensuring it doesn't become the same
As the one we found ourselves trapped in.
I'll make sure the new one can properly begin.

You're traveling with the Game? I thought you would have wanted to go back home...

Still, I'm proud of you for taking that kind of burden on, Zecora-chan. Maybe I really should stay here and help you out. I don't want you to have to handle all that on your own.

Well, I have to admit that you would be a better leader of this Game than most people. It's just a big responsibility. I hope it goes well for you.

It will go well. I'll make it so.

[Smiling, she rather impulsively rears up on her hind legs to put a foreleg around Ryoji in a hug.]

Just one indulgence, before you must go.

H-Hey… Zecora-chan…

[Ryoji makes a surprised noise as he’s suddenly pulled forward, but he smiles softly and returns the hug just as tight. He might sound a little choked up when he next speaks, despite all his attempts to stay strong.]

I’m really going to miss you.

[Zecora pats him gently on the back before releasing him and dropping down to all fours again.]

Though physically we will be apart
You'll still be with me in my heart.

And you with me. That isn’t going to change the fact that I’ll miss seeing you though. I wish I could come back someday.

[zebrarhyme_everytime]

Perhaps someday, some way, you will.
We simply will not know until
Your other duties are quite done.
But if you come back, we'll have some fun.

I’ll hope that someday I will, then. Take care of yourself… and the Game, I guess… until I’m back, okay?
