Welcome to the Test Run meme! Post characters you intend to play with their name and canon in the subject line. If you like, you can also include whether they're Players, Reapers or RG. Participation in the meme may be used as the sample post in the application. Please assume the game is taking place in whatever type of scenery you like. We encourage you to make up your own scenarios in this meme, but here are some generic ideas:

Players
1. You've discovered you can't fight the Noise on your own! Get out there and forge a pact with someone! After that, kick some ass!

2. You're looking for clues for the mission. Fire up your player pin and scan some RGer's minds, or see if you can find a Reaper that's willing to spill the beans.

3. Your timer is gone - you did it! Celebrate your victory and another day of survival. Why not visit some of the game-sanctioned stores and reward yourself? You're visible in any building with the Reaper Decal!

Reapers
1. Today you're on duty. Set up walls throughout the city and challenge Players to meet your conditions, or just sic your Noise and be done with them!

2. Your usual duty as a Reaper has gotten a little stale. Why not liven things up with some Reaper Sports? Challenge your fellow Players and Reapers to hide and seek, tag, or even a player hunt - for a wager of course! Or maybe the bet is over, and the winner is ready to collect?

3. No one said a Reaper has to be all work and no play. The Players completed the mission for today, so now you're free to live it up! As long as you don't go outside the permanent barriers, of course. If you're hanging out with RGers, you may have to make an excuse or two.

RGers

1. Play tourist. Since this is a test meme, the sights you see are whatever you like! Go out and have fun with your friends. Alternatively, assume that the world you're transported to is terribly dangerous, and try to survive!

2. You're wondering why you were given this Ouija board when you arrived. Try it out - maybe you'll find some answers?

3. You can't seem to shake this negative attitude, and it's only getting worse. You've been possessed by Noise! Try not to go crazy! (Or don't - isn't that part of the fun?)

Fading? [Axel looks back down at him, raising an eyebrow] I... have no idea what you're talking about. I'm pretty sure I'm still, y'know, un-faded. [He looks down at himself with a shrug] Unless this looks dead to you.

....to enter the Game and fight the noise like that, I think you have to be dead. [But that hand on his back felt real and solid enough.

Then again, everything feels real and solid and Roxas himself clearly doesn't exist, so that's not such a great indicator.]

Well, maybe there was a fluke. [Axel chuckles, shrugging a shoulder] Granted, I have no idea how I got here, so we'll see.

You... don't know? [More confusion. Axel's acting weird, too-- less desperate, more happy despite being essentially in Roxas' situation from Twilight Town] What's the last thing you remember? What happened? I don't even know why I'm here.

Why do you care? [He just laughs again, patting his shoulder] Maybe that's what we hafta figure out, huh?

[Why does he... care? What a weird question] I mean what happened after you left?

Left... where? [Axel blinks, glancing down at him] Look, kid, this is already pretty weird, so just be straight with these questions, okay? And wouldn't it be easier if you told me your name first?

My... name? [Roxas repeats that slowly, eyes narrowing. He is really, really not sure what to think about... that] What are you talking about? You just-- I just started remembering you, Axel. Stop messing with me.

Uh huh... [Axel's hardly paying attention anymore] Right, okay. Well, thanks for the help. [And with that he just starts walking away, waving a hand goodbye]

Wait-- Axel! [Oh hell no. Roxas is so not letting him get away, not when he's acting all weird. He bolts after him, grabbing his wrist] What's going on?!

Couldn't tell you. [Axel pulls his arm away] I dunno who you think I am, or what you know about me, but I don't know you, okay? I don't know where I am or why I'm here, and, yeah, you helped me, but that doesn't mean I'm gonna trust you, got that? So, let's just cut the formalities and go our separate ways, huh?

What are you talking about?! [Nope, Roxas is so not gonna just accept that. Axel just got so mad at him for not remembering him, attacked him, had that whole thing and now he just up and forgets him? Roxas doesn't think so.] My name is Roxas. We were best friends in the Organization and you just spent a week trying to make me remember that!

I'm sure I did. [Axel just laughs again, apparently not taking his anger seriously] There's no Roxas in the Organization, okay? And I don't have a best friend. Man, this is like a messed up dream.

[Did Axel lose his memories of the Organization, too? No, that can't be it, because he obviously remembers the Organization itself, but...

But there's not... Roxas frowns. The longer he's in this weird place playing this weird game, the less it makes any sense.] ...tell me about it. [But he's definitely not leaving it there] ....look, I know what I'm saying is true, even if you don't remember it, okay? [Given, however, that that just happened to him, maybe it's not so far of a stretch save that Axel apparently doesn't remember him at all.] But you can't just... leave now. We're partners. We're playing the Game together now. [Not technically true: Axel could leave if he wanted. But Roxas doesn't want him to, not while he's like this.]

...is that really how this works? [He sighs, rubbing the back of his neck] Okay. And I'll pretend I remember if that makes you feel better. Well. If you can feel. You said you were in the Organization? [He waves a hand, not really sure why he's playing along]

[Nope that just makes him bristle] Don't pretend anything if you don't actually remember! I don't know what's going on, but that's not gonna help. [And he's just not going to comment on that "feeling" bit there. Nice move, Ax.] I was Number XIII, but I left.

...okay, okay. So what's our boss' name? [Axel raises an eyebrow at him]

[Talk about flashbacks. Roxas looks really disconcerted for a second, but hey: he actually knows the answer this time around] ...Xemnas. The Superior. Then came Xigbar and then Xaldin and everyone after that. You're number eight.
