Welcome to the Test Run meme! Post characters you intend to play with their name and canon in the subject line. If you like, you can also include whether they're Players, Reapers or RG. Participation in the meme may be used as the sample post in the application. Please assume the game is taking place in whatever type of scenery you like. We encourage you to make up your own scenarios in this meme, but here are some generic ideas:

Players
1. You've discovered you can't fight the Noise on your own! Get out there and forge a pact with someone! After that, kick some ass!

2. You're looking for clues for the mission. Fire up your player pin and scan some RGer's minds, or see if you can find a Reaper that's willing to spill the beans.

3. Your timer is gone - you did it! Celebrate your victory and another day of survival. Why not visit some of the game-sanctioned stores and reward yourself? You're visible in any building with the Reaper Decal!

Reapers
1. Today you're on duty. Set up walls throughout the city and challenge Players to meet your conditions, or just sic your Noise and be done with them!

2. Your usual duty as a Reaper has gotten a little stale. Why not liven things up with some Reaper Sports? Challenge your fellow Players and Reapers to hide and seek, tag, or even a player hunt - for a wager of course! Or maybe the bet is over, and the winner is ready to collect?

3. No one said a Reaper has to be all work and no play. The Players completed the mission for today, so now you're free to live it up! As long as you don't go outside the permanent barriers, of course. If you're hanging out with RGers, you may have to make an excuse or two.

RGers

1. Play tourist. Since this is a test meme, the sights you see are whatever you like! Go out and have fun with your friends. Alternatively, assume that the world you're transported to is terribly dangerous, and try to survive!

2. You're wondering why you were given this Ouija board when you arrived. Try it out - maybe you'll find some answers?

3. You can't seem to shake this negative attitude, and it's only getting worse. You've been possessed by Noise! Try not to go crazy! (Or don't - isn't that part of the fun?)

[She straightens her coat in an attempt to busy her hands because she surely doesn't want to reach out and touch Sora to see if its him.

Nevermind the fact that it should be impossible for her to even exist at the same time as him, dead or not.]

You're l-lost right?

[Get yourself together (Hah...) Xion, this is no time to be tripping over your words!]

[Sheepish laughter goes here.] Kinda.

[Is this girl gonna pick a fight with him, or help him out? Hard to know with reapers. Maybe he should've said no, but... she seems pretty harmless.]

Where... are you trying to go?

[Keep calm, keep calm, just stay calm until you can somehow interrogate Sora and figure out what the heck happened when you died, Xion.]

Wheeerever the mission is.

[He's not sure exactly where that is yet, but he's working on it!]

[... Really, Sora?]

You're going the wrong way.

...What?

[Even if she's a reaper, she doesn't seem like the type to try to throw him off on purpose. Whenever he looks at her, he feels like he can just trust her somehow. And going with his gut has never led him wrong before. So...]

Which way's the right way?

Its this way, [She takes a step in the right direction to lead him. She'll wait if he doesn't follow right away. Xion can't be losing him to random Noise now can she?]

Okay.

[He's trotting after, speeding up to walk alongside her and leaning forward in a in a not-so-subtle attempt to see past her hood. What's with that, anyway?]

You gonna take that off?

I- Sure.

[She'll slowly bring her hood back, looking at Sora cautiously.

So. Who do you see?]

Wh--Hey!

[And this is a dramatic point.]

It's you! You're that girl in the...

[Dream? What exactly was that, anyway? Agh, it doesn't matter.]

Who are you?

Eh? You shouldn't know me...

[What is going on right now? Sora most certainly shouldn't know her!]

I don't. I just...

[This is all wrong. She shouldn't be here, should she? She was just a figment of his dream, like those people who looked like Riku and Kairi. They shouldn't be a part of the game. What's going on here?]

You're not... Namine, are you?

[... Ah. So he sees Namine when he looks at her, does he? Xion gives a weak smile.]

I'm not.

[Well, no, but there was that one time...]

Then... who?

[Which she has no recollection of. Sorry, Sora.

and it breaks her artificial heart to even say such a thing, but...]

[The fact that you said it, though... kind of reminds him of someone. He can't put his finger on it.]

I've seen you before. And even if I hadn't... you can't say that about yourself. You just can't. You're just as important as anybody else.

... I'm glad you think that. But i'm positive that there is no way you've seen me before.

[There's no way she can exist while Sora does. Or rather, at least outside of this place, it seems.]

Well, I have.

[He's sure of that part.]

You were wearing that coat, and you looked... so sad. So sad it made me sad. Then you ran away from me and that's when I found-- [he shakes his head] --nevermind.

Who are you? Please, just tell me.

[She sighs. Maybe it's not so bad to tell him her name. They were more than likely going to be seeing each other a fair amount, and it wouldn't hurt to give him something to call her by.

Especially if he ran into trouble.]

[...You know, somehow, he expected that to help more.]

I know you.

[He's sure now. He may not remember how, or why, but this person--she's familiar. And he knows her in his heart even if his mind isn't cooperating yet.

He's dabbing at his cheeks with his fingertips, just in case. No tears this time. At least, not yet.]

Like I said before, that's not possible. I stopped existing a long while before you woke up.

[She assumes, at least. Xion knows Roxas wouldn't understand right away, and that was natural.]

I'm glad that I get this chance to meet you, though.

[He's frowning hard, lips pressed together--what is it with you guys? You sound just like Roxas.]

That's not true. I've met you. I know it. You were in my dream.

[But that... might be hard to explain.]

But I'm glad I got to meet you here, too. How did you end up in this place?

[Nothing he's saying is making any sense. But she can't ignore that last part.]

I should be asking you that. Only dead people play this game, Sora. What happened?

I dunno. I think something went wrong on the way back from Traverse Town, but... I don't really remember.

[The lanes between aren't something he pretends to know a lot about. Maybe he crashed into something?]

I'm pretty sure I'm not dead.

Well, you're not in the RG, where the people who are actually alive are.
